The National Press Photographer’s Association has been leading the way in taking strong stands to against police department’s incursions on press freedom and people’s right to record and today is no different.
As reported by Capital NY “Mickey H. Osterreicher, general counsel for the National Press Photographers Association, has written a letter to New York City Deputy Police Commissioner Paul Browne about the arrest last night ofNew York Times photographer Robert Stolarik”
