New Survey: Massive public support for all people’s right to record.
From the new State of the First Amendment report:
“Eighty-five percent, an overwhelming majority of Americans believe that people should be allowed to record or photograph the activities of the police in public as long as they do not interfere with what the police are doing. Those that agree felt very strongly (66%) that people should have this right.”
